This seriously made me cry the first time I saw it, I’m gonna bawl my eyes out when I see the movie!  I am so impressed with how the movie is turning out, especially the birthday party scene, everyone looks even more beautiful than in Twilight, and I can’t believe that’s possible!  All of it looks excellent and the acting looks even better than Twilight, the actors are so much more comfortable.  This gives me so much hope for the next 3 movies.  Oh, now I am just way too excited about all the movies, let’s watch the trailer again, don’t forget to click on full screen for the full effect

“Finally got to spend some time with our new director for Eclipse, David Slade.  And I gotta say, he’s great.  Very smart, funny, creative.  I already knew he was a really talented and visual filmmaker, but now I know he’s terrific to work with as well.  Collaborative and, most important (from a writer’s point of view) smart about story, character and emotional arcs.  He gets it.  And he’s going to make Eclipse into a fantastic movie.  So relax Eclipse fans!  We’re in good hands.”

RO: You said in a recent interview that all the Cullen guys worked out together in the hotel gym during filming. So tell us: who can bench press the most?

JR: That would be Kellan [Lutz]. He truly is Emmett.

RO: You live in a house with other members of your band, 100 Monkeys, in Hollywood. What’s the hardest part about being roomies with two other guys?

JR: The smell.

RO: When can fans expect 100 Monkeys’ new album to drop, and how would you describe the band’s sound in one word?

JR: Our EP should be coming out in two or three weeks on iTunes, with three singles from our full length album, and a special surprise if you order the CD directly from us! Our full length album is set for release in the fall of this year. 100 Monkeys sound is “onomatopoetic.”

RO: What’s the most embarrassing song on your iPod?

JR: There’s nothing embarrassing about “Ice, Ice Baby”. It’s just a great song.

“Every day I wake up and feel so lucky.”

OK!: How does Alice change in the sequel?
My character’s going to be a good 60 percent bigger in the second film. You get to see the development between Alice, Bella and Edward.
OK!: Does Robert have any problems with putting on that vampire makeup?
He likes being pretty [laughs]! No, I think any guy [actor] is kind of like, eh. But it’s part of the job.

OK!: How do you spend time off the set?
There’s a street in Vancouver called Robson, where we jam with people who play instruments. I’m going to take up guitar, because Jackson [Rathbone], Nikki [Reed], Kristen [Stewart] and Rob [Pattinson] all play guitar and sing.

OK!: Is the cast very close?Yeah, you create this intense bond with these people. It’s really natural.

Twilight babe Ashley Greene feels for her costar Rob Pattinson. After all, it’s not easy being the world’s sexiest and most sought-after vampire.

“Me and Rachelle [Lefevre] were sitting at a bar waiting for Rob and we’re texting him ‘We’re gonna leave. You’re taking too long,’” she told me at the For Joseph launch at Kitson last night. “And he comes in with his hood on and his eyes…he just looked so terrified!”

“We were like ‘Do you need a drink or something, are you OK?’” she adds. “And he was like ‘They were at every entrance of my hotel and they chased me down alleyways’ and these people are chasing him down the street.”

Filming New Moon seems different from Twilight. Is it too overwhelming now?
It’s seriously so much fun still. Not too overwhelming yet, because I’m really enjoying and lucky to be doing what I’m doing. Everyone on the set is friends—we all go out together and have dinners. But yeah, it’s crazy because all of a sudden everyone cares what you’re wearing, what you’re drinking, who you’re kissing.

Who you’re kissing, huh? Does that mean things are getting frisky up in Vancouver? We hear things about Rob and Kristen.
This is the thing, I look at magazines. I don’t know why, but other people’s lives intrigue us for some reason. Especially with this movie in particular, all of our chemistry is so great onscreen that people want it to be real offscreen, and even if it isn’t, they are still going to say that it is.

Well, we also hear you might be dating your onscreen love, Jackson Rathbone, too. True?
[Grins] Um…Jackson is a sweetheart. But we’re…um. No.

Ashley’s publicist then came up and said that J & A “seriously” weren’t dating, but we think everything was in that sexy little smirk. Dating was probably the wrong word. Maybe (and hopefully) they are just enjoying their time filming together, like so many others up there are.

Ms. Greene is quite refreshing. It’s rare in this town to find a gal who is actually having fun and who is grateful for a job tons would kill for.

Can’t wait to hear what happens when Rob, Kristen and Ashley go to Italy in a bit to start filming over there.

JACKSON RATHBONE IS BLOODY CUTE

The Twilight actor plays a song for us on piano. We like him.

The adage that you can tell a lot about someone by their shoes seems true of Jackson Rathbone, who is wearing brown leather cowboy boots flecked with yellow paint.  He spent many of his formative years in Texas, and talking to him, it becomes clear that he would describe himself as an artist before he would just call himself an actor.

Rathbone started acting in high school when he attended Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan, and moved from set and lighting design to a spot in front of the curtain.  “When I started being onstage, I fell in love with it,” he says.  Although he is now best known as Jasper Hale in Twilight, and is currently filming M. Night Shyamalan’s The Last Airbender, what Rathbone seems most excited to talk about right now is his band, 100 Monkeys.

His bandmates are old friends and actors as well, and he shares a house in Hollywood with two of them.  “We call it the Monkey House,” he jokes.  “We all play all the instruments,” he adds.  “We call it the Monkey Switcharoo.”

When asked about working with his Twilight castmates, he praises their talent, then adds, “Kristen and Rob are both very musically inclined, so we would have jam sessions.  It was like the Cullen Family Band.”

Strangely enough, the hotel room where we’re speaking is equipped with a grand piano.  Nearly everyone who’s passed it has hammered out a botched chopsticks, and Rathbone, whose car is waiting outside, can’t resist the pull either.  He sits down, and to much applause, plays an actual song.

Maggie Quinn and her friend have travelled to Vancouver hoping to meet the Twilight stars and see some of the filming of New Moon.  They have met every cast member and here are some of my favorites, I already posted one of the best here - Kellan & Ashley Rule

#1 Favorite encounter of all time:  met Kristen Stewart in a restroom:

“We apologize for being creeptastic and sorry she probably has to pee, “No, Oddly enough I just wanted to make sure I didn’t have purple (squeal) shit on my lips so the paps wouldn’t be all (big hand motions out headlines) ‘Kristen Stewart Fucking slob’” She checks her self out in the mirror and proceeds to try to wash her hands with mouthwash, LMAO, we told her it was mouthwash and she laughed and asked how we knew, “ She totally did it a second ago.” Points finger at trina.”

In this wonderful interview with Ashley Greene, she talks about her difficulty adjusting to fame,

“The role has ensured the relatively unknown actor’s name now returns nearly two million search results in Google and, of course, the relentless attention of the paparazzi.

“I’m still getting used to the go, go, go Hollywood lifestyle which has definitely thrown me into a realm where I’m struggling a little bit,” says Greene, who was a fan of the books long before she auditioned for the role of Alice.

“As an actor you want people to know you and there are times you want your pictures taken, but it’s unnerving to walk out of a venue with friends and there are 20 people flashing lights in your face. Do you know how bright those lights are?”"

…AND her mutual crush on her adorable on screen husband, Jackson Rathbone!

“He and I both don’t have time to date, but we do have amazing chemistry,” she says.

“We both have such big crushes on each other and it clearly shows. We got along instantly and the day we met, he was teaching me how to swing dance.

“He (Rathbone) does everything. He sings, he dances, and he’s so sweet. Even my mum has a crush on him and tells me, ‘You should date him’. So, who knows, maybe when we both stop running around the world.”
