Billy Black is the father of Jacob Black and is the grandson of the last Quileute cheif ( Ephraim Black). He is looked at as the tribal leader or ” cheif” due to his blood lines. He has two daughters and a son . He holds a strong hatred towards the Cullen family, rooted to the age old legend of the ‘cold ones’. Billy Black is a caring and loving man. He currently resides in the La Push reservation in Washington, in a wheel chair. He is described as a wrinkled old man with wise and knowing eyes. He is chief of the Quileute tribe.
