Cameron Bright is ALEC

Alec is one of the younger members of the Volturi guard, having been changed at just age 14, he is the twin brother of Jane. He looks almost identical to her but has darker hair and lips that aren’t as full; he and Jane were going to be burnt at the stake by the towns people of Volterra in Tuscany, Italy hundreds of years ago but Aro saved them and now they possess formidable gifts. While Jane can cause pain, Alec closes off the mind with total deprivation of the senses. When someone is being affected in that way by Alec, they cannot see, hear, smell, taste or feel anything. It’s his gift that makes the Volturi so invincible.

Cameron Bright was born on January 26, 1993 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.  In just a few years, young Cameron Bright has worked with many of today’s legendary actors. (Nicole Kidman, Robert Dinero, Milla Jovovich, Katie Holmes and Paul Walker) To most of the world, Bright seems to have become an overnight success, but this 14-year-old has been working his way to the top since the tender age of six. Bright was born in British Columbia, a place he still calls home, along with his older brother, Bryce. Many wonder just how Cameron got into this business and if you ask he will always answer the same, “People always said that I looked like someone from the movies. My mom asked me if I wanted to act and I said ‘ok’.” His mother Anne, has explained countless times how what started as a simple way of saving college money for her sons, has grown into a huge phenomenon.* After reviewing this pre-teens resume it’s amazing that many are still unaware of this talented actor. Even though young Cameron has been booked endlessly for many projects, his mother makes sure he still has plenty of time to enjoy being a kid. When home, Cameron gets to go to regular school and does regular things; Cam adores video games, soccer and hanging out with friends.* As Bright quickly becomes a house hold name, his family and friends are sure to keep his feet on the ground.
